12" HDPE Water Line
In the design/planning phase of this project, our team developed an AFE estimate, performed hydraulic design, specified materials, wrote a construction scope, and bid the work to construction contractors. In the construction phase, we are providing inspection on behalf of our customers!
Well Pad Compression
Our team provided an all-inclusive design that could be used to coordinate the compressor installation effort while additional wells were being drilled and completed on the well site. This project helped our customer maximize their flowrates from this well site and provide additional revenue growth!
Southbend PA Pipeline
This project consisted of the installation of several miles of new 16” and 12” pipeline near Southbend, PA. Our team designed the pipeline, procured the pipe and L/R barrels, provided inspection, and oversaw the construction. As part of the project, a cofferdam was utilized for a major creek crossing. Click 'View Project to see the installation of the cofferdam and the ditching effort.
30" Pipe Replacement
Our team began initial civil survey, alignment sheets development, and assistance with the permitting of a bored road crossing beneath a heavily travelled road. Then, during construction, we provided inspection and the as-built survey for the installation. Finally, we maintained, checked, and organized the PHMSA required records for turnover to the client at the end of the project.
Meter and Regulation Station
This project consisted of adding a new Meter and Regulation Station for the interconnect of a Marcellus gas midstream facility with existing transmission lines in the area. Our team completed the design of the M&R station, procured all the material, complete the bid packages, provided inspection, and oversaw the construction.
Well Pad Design + M&R Station
This project consisted of designing a new natural gas well pad facility layout and natural gas gathering pipeline in conjunction with a new Measurement & Regulation site that connected the customer to an existing natural gas transmission pipeline in the vicinity. Our team helped to secure the interconnect agreement, completed the well pad facilities design, the design of a horizontal directional bore, M&R station design, procured all the material, provided inspection, and the overall management of the project.
Gathering Compressor Station
This project involved design and construction of a Marcellus gas midstream gathering compression facility. The facility includes inlet filtration & separation equipment, two Caterpillar G3516/Ariel compressors, two TEG dehydration systems, and ancillary support systems. Our team designed the facility, procured all the material, completed the bid packages, provided inspection, oversaw the construction, and provided the overall management of the project.
M&R Interconnect in WV
This project involved design and construction of a wet gas Measurement & Regulation Interconnect site that connected the customer pipeline to an existing wet gas pipeline. In order to measure the dual phase flow, the liquids had to be separated from the gas stream via a slug catcher with associated finger skids, then filtered and stabilized at a lower pressure before finally being measured separately from the gas.
Northern PA Boiler Replacement
This client had an outdated boiler system that needed to be replaced. The facility auxiliary building had to be redesigned to accommodate the new boiler and related equipment. Our team specified the replacement equipment, designed the facility retrofit to be implemented with minimal downtime, completed the bid packages, and provided the overall management of the project.
Northern VA Pipe Replacement
This project consisted of a 2,500’ replacement section on an existing 24” pipeline due to urban expansion from a recent subdivision development. Our team completed the preliminary civil survey and mapping for the project. This video shows part of the replacement section. A large bridge was being built across the pipeline as part of this sub development.
Tank Replacement Project
This project consisted of replacing three existing tanks at a compressor station in northern Pennsylvania. Two of the tanks had to remain in service while the new tanks were installed. Our team completed the civil survey, civil foundation design for the new tanks, mechanical design, and tank specifications for the project. This aerial image from our drone shows the three existing tanks to be replaced.
Pipeline Reroute
This project consisted of a 1,500’ replacement and reroute of a 14” bare steel pipeline with 12” FBE coated steel pipe into an area with greater soil stability. Our team completed the routing of the new line as well as the preliminary survey and mapping for the project. This image shows a portion of the alignment sheet with the area being avoided.
8" Pipeline Design
This project consisted of 3,300’ of new 8” steel pipeline with two HDDs. Our team managed this project on behalf of our customer. We also completed the HDD design, material sourcing, construction documentation, project inspection, survey as-builts, and DOT completion record book assembly. This image shows a portion of the HDD drawing crossing beneath four foreign pipelines.
